Paneer tikka masala is a dish of chunks of paneer (cottage cheese) in a spiced onion and tomato-based curry sauce. The sauce is usually creamy and orange-coloured. Also known by the name of Paneer Masala
What You'll Need - Diced capsicum, paneer pieces(cottage cheese), thickened cream or Coconut cream.
Hint:-
1. Traditionally made with thigh fillets or chicken on the bone
2. Garnishing with Coriander leaves and ginger
Instructions to Prep;
1. Add Oil and water,
2. Add paneer pieces and spice mix and stir well
3. Add diced capsicums (Optional - Diced into large bite sized chunks)
4. Finally add thickened cream and simmer off. Simmer on low heat.
5. Paneer Tikka Masala ready to serve
