This is a classic blend of a Spanish favourite know as Pollo AL Curry - Spanish Chicken, Spinach & Mushroom Curry. The blend is a deliciously mild flavoured chicken curry finished off with thickened cream that the whole family will devour. The only thing missing here is the mild paprika which we have not added as this is an optional depending on whom you intend to serve this dish to. Add this if you like the dish to be a little spicy
What You'll Need - Diced Chicken, Broccoli (or other Veg), Coconut Milk
Hint:-
1. Traditionally made with thigh fillets or chicken on the bone
2. Garnishing with Coriander leaves and ginger
Instructions to Prep;
Add Oil and Water, Add chicken pieces and bring to boil, Add all the broccoli/vegetables and simmer, Add spice mix and stir well, Finally add the coconut milk and Simmer on low heat till done.
Thai Red curry is ready to serve
