Bliss Balls
Ingredients
- 8 x medjool dates, pitted
- 1 1/2 cups Gluten Free Cacao Coconut Granola
- 1/2 cup Keto Paleo Granola
- 1 tbs honey
- Juice from 1/2 an orange
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp coconut cream
- Desiccated coconut for rolling the balls in
Method
- Combine all ingredients except for the desiccated coconut in to a food processor and blitz until well combined and slightly sticky.
- Wet hands and form into small balls (a bit smaller than a golf ball) and then roll them in the desiccated coconut.
- Refrigerate until ready to eat.
